I joined yoga classes with Pradeep sir, 1 months back. And I can see tremendous improvement in my flexibility, asanas and strength. I used to have spondylitis earlier which doesn't exists anymore. Also his way of teaching is very polite & detailed which helps all sorts of students to learn and adapt easily. A big Thanks to Pradeep sir!!

A very Genuine Teacher, who has truly invested in me since day one. I am not very good a learning new things and I used to be very lazy about working out. But since I joined Sirs classes I look forward to my class and achieve my fitness goal. Since I live in Canada and there is a time difference of 8 plus hours and I'm taking individual classes from Sir, he always tries to fit my schedule into his. I wish I had met him earlier my health would never be lagging this much. I would highly recommend sir..

It has been wonderful experience taking Yoga classes from Pradeep. He has deep knowledge and understanding of Yoga. His lessons are well instructed and easy to follow which gives me confidence to keep going. I am very satisfied and happy with the Yoga lessons.

My experience of online yoga class under Pradeep sir has been very good. He provide clear and detailed instructions on how to align our bodies, making it easy to follow along. He guides very well about yoga postures and it's benefits. After joining yoga class under Pradeep sir, flexibility of body has improved and after doing yoga, I feel more energetic and relaxed.
